Reported Activity: Spectral children have been heard and seen playing on the front lawn; People have awoke to see a woman, bathed in light, standing at the foot of their bed; Sounds of a party going on in the living area when no guest are in the house.

GG Report: Further investigation warranted. No EVPs were recorded, but 2 odd photos did show up. Personal experiences: the sound of a little girl playing down the lane; a shadowy figure leaning out of a doorway; the sound of change dropping on the floor above while all team members were present downstairs.
